WEL has hauled petroleum for Virginia fuel marketers for decades — Foster Fuels, First Four Petroleum, JF Petroleum, Webb's Oil, and Parker Oil are all in the customer file.
The working fleet includes 10+ fuel oil tank trucks from 2,000 to 4,400 gallons and DOT-spec petroleum trailers to 9,250 gallons, plus a self-contained portable fueling station (diesel and gasoline, with genset) that deploys to job sites and emergencies.
